Construction Documents

We will review architectural, structural and MEP drawings as they develop from concept to working drawings. We strive to ensure that they meet your budget and long term maintenance budget. We will monitor the submittal to city building departments and the utility companies.

Scheduling

Early on we will develop a master schedule early in Pre-Planning to monitor completion of construction documents, permit submittal, bid process, the actual construction, your move in and job close out. We will give you the timetable of the complete project so you can plan your company’s future.

Construction Oversight

5280CM will monitor the general contractor, architect and Owner’s team as the project goes into construction phase. We oversee the construction for quality, adherence to schedule, and to help solve the problems that will arise. Review subcontractor submittals, materials and procedures is part of the process. We watch your company’s preparations it needs to do for the success of the project and being ready to move in to the space and start up efficiently.

Project Close Out

We will make sure city and county requirements have been met and signed off on. Main goal is to ensure that general contractor and subcontractors have completed their work to your standards, review close out manuals and warranty binder.
